NOTICE – HYDRANT FLUSHING
The Grundy Center Water Department will begin flushing fire hydrants on Monday, April 22, 2024. This will begin at 8 a.m. and continue until 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. We will be starting on the west side of the city and working from North to South continuing until all hydrants are flushed.
Residents are urged to wash their clothes before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m. while the flushing is occurring in their neighborhood to avoid possible discoloring of laundry.
