Summer Recreation Registration time is upon us! City of Grundy Center offers youth baseball and softball programs to children currently in 1st grade through 6th grade. Schedule for games and practices will be emailed to parents in April. Here is some general information: 1/2 grade teams typically do not travel and scrimmage each other; 3/4 grade boys on Mondays; 3/4 grade girls on Tuesdays, 5/6 grade boys on Wednesdays, 5/6 grade girls on Thursdays. Game times are typically 5:30pm & 7:00pm for six weeks.

Registration will close on March 20, 2025. Late fee will be charged for all late registrations.
City of Grundy Center is searching for a individuals 14+ years old willing to umpire for the Summer Recreation Softball/Baseball program. This would include working with the appropriate program coordinator. This is paid position.
